General Advice
- Rule Number One: Call your drugstore first.
- Rule Number Two: Have them fax us the request. Our fax number is 630 232-1868. If they fax us your request for a refill, no one will be on hold, no confusion on doses will occur, and your day will go more smoothly.
- If you do need to call us, please have your pharmacy number before you call. A list of local pharmacies follows at the end of this page.
- Frequently, the reason your prescription is running low is because it is time to be re-evaluated by the doctor, or a blood test is needed.
- During office hours, the most efficient way to get a prescription refill is to call your pharmacy and have them fax a request to us. We don't charge for routine refill requests by fax. However, certain drugs such as controlled substances require extra work on our part, and you will be charged a phone call charge.
