 Please allow 72 hrs for all routine prescription refill requests!

  • For prescripion refills please contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacy can submit an electronic request on your behalf. If you have not been seen in the past year, you may be asked to schedule an appointment. Frequently, the reason your prescription is running low is because it is time to be re-evaluated by the doctor, or a blood test is needed.
  • If you do need to call us, please have your pharmacy and prescription information available.
    If it is after hours, you may get charged a phone call charge if you request a routine refill from the on-call doctor.
  • Prescriptions: Why They’re So Complicated
  • Many prescriptions have very low out of pocket cost. Please check with your pharmacy for the cash price of your prescription or log on to to print a low cost coupon.

 Many insurance companies require prior authorization for certain categories of medications. This depends on your pharmacy benefits through your insurance plan. Our office takes every step to process these requests as quickly as possible however, prior authorizations may take up to 7 days or longer to complete.
